Hi Barnard Families!
I hope this finds everyone doing well. The buses are leaving on time, which means I will only alert families when there is a late bus or something is out of the ordinary. It is time for us to begin fire drills and lock down drills. We will have two fire drills (K-2) the week of October 13, one for the AM PreK children and the other so the PM PreK can experience the drill. I’ll share more during the PTA meeting (10/15). Also, we do not wear costumes on Halloween at school. We will have a theme parade. The children will dress up in classroom themes and parade around the school. Trunk or Treat will be for costumes. Classes may opt for Fall Festivals.
I will be sending monthly newsletters at the beginning of each month. They will be coming through Parent Square. If you know of a parent who isn’t receiving messages, please let them know of this resource.
